The 2014 National Geography Awareness Week will be celebrated from November 17-23 with several interesting events sponsored and hosted by the Geography Graduate Organization (GGO), the Center for Urban and Regional Analysis (CURA), the Meteorology Club and the Department of Geography. Dr. Shih-Lung Shaw, will host a presentation titled "Big Data, Human Dynamics and Space-Time GIS". His research interests cover GIS for transportation, time geography, air transportation, and spatiotemporal analysis of human dynamics. The Robinson Colloquium will be held on Nov. 21 from 3:30-5:00PM in Derby Hall Room 1080.
