The Graduate Certificate of Geographic Information Science and Technology (GIST) at Ohio State provides introductory and in-depth training to practitioners and students from various professional and academic fields.
By completing this certificate, you will develop methodological and technical skills in mapping, spatial analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial data analytics that will help you advance your professional career and enrich your research skills.
You are required to complete 12 credit hours (4 courses). See the advising sheet for details.
Admission is open for both Spring and Autumn semesters.

- A Bachelor’s degree with 2.5 or higher cumulative undergraduate GPA
