Don’t Miss Out! Register and Join Us for GeoWeek 2023 Night on Monday, November 13, 2023!
GeoWeek is in national recognition of all things Geography, surrounding National GIS Day (November 15) in which researchers, field experts, faculty, students, and geography enthusiasts from around the world celebrate learning geographic perspectives and the work in our field and related concentrations.
The Department of Geography is honoring pursuits in human and physical geography, geographic information science, and atmospheric science by holding a night of events on Monday, November 13th for students from any major.
Join faculty, graduate assistants, and fellow students in our department for an exciting night of faculty talks and interactive geography activities from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in 005 Derby Hall, Sharpe Innovation Commons. Pizza and snacks provided! Gift Card Prizes possible for registrant students!
Registration to attend the events and participate in GeoBowl Trivia Competition is required. Students must register by Friday, November 10th, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.

Geographic Wayfinding talk and Geoguessr game dept. grad students
7:30-8:30 p.m.
2023 GeoBowl Team Trivia Competition
Teams of two (students will be assigned at event) can win prizes.
