Please join us in congratulating Ms. Rachel Mauk-Johnson who successfully defended her dissertation this afternoon.  The title of Rachel’s dissertation is “Prediction of Intensity Change Subsequent to Concentric Eyewall Events”.  The members of her committee were Jialin Lin, David Bromwich, Jeff Rogers, Jay Hobgood (advisor) and the representative of the Graduate School was Dr. Douglas McCarty from the Department of Pediatrics.
Rachel will be joining us again in the Autumn as a Post-Doctoral Lecturer.
