Dr. Sandy Wong has won the 2025 Emerging Scholar Award in Health and Medical Geography. The Health and Medical Geography Specialty Group (HMGSG) of the AAG recognized Sandy as an early career scholar who shows “significant potential for distinguished scholarship in health and/or medical geography.” Congratulations, Sandy!
