Tal Shutkin has been awarded a Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad fellowship by the Department of Education. Tal will be headed to Peru for seven months in support of his dissertation project (‘Glacier Change and Social Hydrology of the Cordillera Huaytapallana ‘).
