Please join us in congratulating Hui Kong who has successfully defended her dissertation this afternoon, Understanding and Designing the Development of Chinese Cities:
Towards an Approach based upon the New Science for Cities
Her committee includes Morton O'Kelly, Ningchuan Xiao, Max Woodworth, and Dan Sui (Adviser).  Dr. Elly Kaizar from Statistics served as Hui's graduate school rep.
Hui's next stop is MIT's Mobility Lab where she will start her postdoc sometime this summer.  We wish Hui the very best for the next phase of her academic career.
